FREE Admission to the Choo Choo Barn, 12/3
Join the Choo Choo Barn in its passion to serve those in need by participating in Canned Food Fridays. The 22nd annual Canned Food Fridays event returns to the Choo Choo Barn in Strasburg, PA, on December 3, 10 and 17, 2010. Admission to the Choo Choo Barn’s 1,700 square foot model train layout is free if you donate one non-perishable food item per person. All food collected will be donated to Chester County Cares Food Bank.
After exploring the unique model train display, children are invited to visit with Santa Claus on the second floor of The Shops of Traintown, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. After their visit with Santa, children will receive a special Choo Choo Barn coloring book and a coupon for a free cookie at Isaac’s Restaurant & Deli in Strasburg.
The Choo Choo Barn and The Shops of Traintown will be open from 10am until 8pm for this special Friday event.
