Weis Shopping Trip $3.00: Ragu, Hellman’s, and Skippy

There are some new coupons to print on Walmart’s page including Ragu, Skippy and Hellmann’s. There is already a great deal on these products at Weis this week (buy $15 worth and get $5 off instantly). I bought two of each, using coupons and paid a total of $3 for all of these six items. My total was originally suppose to be $14.00!

So they took the $5 off even though your total was only $14? I use all of these products and I printed out the coupons….it’s just not adding up for me the way you made out? I’m going tomorrow & want to try to only spend $3 like you 🙂

Yes, I should have mentioned that! It is calculated by the retail price not the sale price. So I actually wouldn’t have even needed to buy as much as I did. But since I didn’t have enough to buy $30 worth it, I figured I’d just make it nice and simple. Good luck and let me know how it goes tomorrow! Also, if you can’t find the items you need on the designated shelf, keep your eyes open, because there might be an end display that has some items on it. I found the 2 skippy peanut butter at the end of the pasta sauce aisle!

OK thanks! Also, do I need a coupon for each individual item??? Thank you for your help!!!

Sorry I didn’t see this comment til now. To do the deal I did, you will need 2 of each coupon. You should be able to print the coupons from the walmart page twice by hitting the back button. If you can’t, you will just pay closer to $6, which is only $1.00 per item – still a great deal for these products!

Well, I did it! They were out of the smaller size Skippys that were on sale, so I just got one larger sized jar. I used all the coupons and ended up paying just $4 and some change. Thanks for the heads up on this! At first the $5 didn’t come off and when I questioned it they ran back and got me the right sized Ragu (I originally picked up the bigger, plastic containers of Ragu which evidently I couldn’t use the coupons for?). I don’t know, they were pretty confused, but it all worked out and I’m happy with my $4 purchase! I might just go to back tomorrow & buy more since we use all of these products on a weekly basis!
