Where to Meet Santa in Lancaster County {2016}

Here are 22 places to meet Santa this December, 2016, in Lancaster County. They include breakfast with Santa, photos with Santa, Santa Christmas parties, cookies with Santa, and even a train ride with Santa! Each event is organized by weekend. Some are FREE, others have a small fee, but look closely because many include a free gift for children!!

Santa in the Park (East Petersburg)

December 3, 10 17

Bring your kids and grandkids to see Santa. This event is held the first three Saturdays of December, from 9am till Noon. Geneva Bakery gives out cookies to the kids, Wee Care Day School has a free reindeer food bar, Sons Ice Cream gives out candy canes, and the Events Committee has free Hot Chocolate and Coffee. Conway Allison(Atomic Design) has created a train display of our town and a Doll House Display(donated by Bill and Kristin Troop). Don’t forget Santa(you can take all the pictures you want, of your kids with Santa, for free). Don’t forget Charles Family Farm will be selling Christmas Trees and Wreaths. All of this is courtesy of Lancaster Toyota!

Breakfast with Santa and Yummie

Nov 26 – Dec17, 8:00-9:30am

Tickets are $14.95 for Adults, $9.95 for children ages 3-10 and kids 2 and under are FREE. All children 10 and under attending the breakfast receive a special gift from Santa Claus and have the opportunity to meet Santa, Yummie, and special guest, Frosty, so bring your cameras. Kids will also receive a card to color and personalize for Santa.

Breakfast with Santa at Country Barn

December 3, 4, 10, 11, 9-11am

Breakfast will include pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage. Tickets for adults are$14.95, or $10 for children ages 3-10. Kids 0-2 are free. Adults tickets include a photo with Santa. All tickets include barnyard kingdom activities! Call to reserve your spot by December 1, 717-872-1554.

Cookies with Santa & Friends at Dutch Wonderland

Saturdays: November 26, December 3, 10, and 17, 2-3pm

Join Santa and his Dutch Wonderland friends for cookies and milk in Merlin’s Restaurant to celebrate the holiday season! Cookies with Santa & Friends is $9.99 plus tax per person, and includes a visit with Santa Claus, a voucher for a 5×7 photo with Santa, and delicious treats (cookies, grapes, pretzels, white and chocolate milk, hot chocolate, coffee and tea). Admission to Dutch Winter Wonderland is required to attend Cookies with Santa & Friends. Ages 2 and under are FREE.

Visits with Santa at Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square

Fridays and Saturday, November 26 through December 17

Fridays from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Get your photo taken with Santa! Prints are $5 each, or take one with your own camera for free.

Santa’s Paradise Express at Strasburg Railroad

Every Weekend in December Before Christmas

A Christmas tradition since 1959, Strasburg Rail Road welcomes a very special visitor every November and December. That’s right, Santa himself will climb aboard and greet the families as they travel down the tracks to Paradise, PA and back. As a special treat, children ages 11 and under will receive a gift from Santa and his helper.

And don’t miss Mrs. Claus who will be available at the Station from 12-4 PM to help children finalize their letters to Santa! Bring a self-addressed stamped envelope and we’ll make sure Santa mails a reply to each boy and girl on his list.

Visitors of all ages will be charmed as they enjoy a ride aboard the Tinsel Trolley, a self-propelled motor car, and enjoy storybook readings of holiday classics aboard our heated stationary Caboose.

Triple Tree Christmas Party

Friday, December 2, 7-10pm at Triple Tree Ministries, Lancaster, PA

Annual Triple Tree Christmas Party! FREE! We’ll have food, music, great prizes and SANTA CLAUS! This is a family event so bring the kiddos!

Pancakes and Pajamas

December 3, 9-12am at Calvary Church

Your family is invited to join us for pancakes, holiday games, crafts, music and a visit from Santa! Santa will be bringing a present for every child! RSVP names, ages and gift ideas by November 25th to Contact@Celebrateds.org or call 717-723-6861

Santa Photos at That Fish Place

December 3, 11am-3pm

This holiday season, stop by That Fish Place – That Pet Place and get your favorite pet’s picture taken with Santa! Show your friends and family how much your pet loves getting into the holiday spirit. The price of each photo is $8.00 for a 4×6 print out enclosed in a card style frame, and all proceeds will go to the Centerville Pet Rescue. This is a cash only event. That Fish Place does not have an ATM machine on the premises.

Breakfast with Santa at Ten Thousand Villages

December 3, 9-10am

Breakfast with Santa!

  • Bring your family and friends and begin your day with breakfast in the Cafe @ Ten Thousand Villages. Santa will make a jolly appearance and take time to chat and pose with your children.
  • Breakfast will be served from 9-10 am
  • Our family friendly breakfast buffet includes: Omelets, French Toast, Muffins, Cereal and Fruit served with Fair Trade Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate.
  • FREE Photos with Santa from 10-3!
  • Santa’s Secret Shop is OPEN from 10-5! Children get to do their own secret shopping for family and friends in our special Santa Shop—tended by friendly and helpful elves.
  • Have your picture taken with Santa in the Bunyaad Rug Room.

Breakfast with Santa

December 3, 8am to 11am, at the Comfort Inn of Lancaster County North

The entire family can enjoy a hot breakfast buffet for just a $5 donation per child (adults are free!). 100% of the money donated goes towards the purchase of toys for Lancaster County Toys for Tots!

Children can sit on Santa’s lap (don’t for get your wish lists…but if you do, we will have some for the kids to fill out), color holiday pictures and listen to some Christmas music to get you in the spirit.

Help us reach our goal of donating 5,000 toys to Lancaster County Toys for Tots!!!

Breakfast with Santa at the Lancaster County Convention Center

December 3, 8-9:30am

Event includes breakfast, entertainment by Zoo America and visit and visit with Santa. Reservations required. Tickets are $12/person ages 3 and up. Kids 2 and under are free but still require a reservation.

Breakfast with Santa at Christmas on Main

Saturday, December 3, 8am-11am at St. Stephen Reformed Church, New Holland

FREE Breakfast and children’s crafts. All sorts of other activities and freebies for all ages throughout the day at various places in town including cooking demonstrations, face painting, free gifts, children’s train rides, a free children’s gift shopping area and more.

Live Reindeer and Visit With Santa at Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill (Lititz)

Dec 9, 6-9pm

Stop into our Lititz Home & Garden Store December 9th from 6pm-8:30pm to see a Live Reindeer & Visit with Santa. Bring your camera and get your picture taken with the reindeer and visit with Santa!

Jingle All the Way Play Day at Spooky Nook

December 11, 1-4pm

Santa Claus is coming to Spooky Nook Sports for a Jingle All The Way Play Day on Sunday, December 11th from 1pm-4pm. Enjoy an afternoon filled with holiday fun – a moon bounce, cookie decorating, art stations, live alpacas, face painting, Christmas music and of course, Santa! Santa will make his grand entrance and read Twas The Night Before Christmas and collect Christmas lists from the kids before heading back to the North Pole.

Tickets are $3 per person (children 2 and under are free) and will be sold at the door.

All ticket proceeds benefit Share the Blessing – helping families in need in the Susquehanna Valley enjoy the holiday season since 2004.

The event will be held in the Olympic Hall at Spooky Nook Sports. When you arrive in the front doors, look for signs and go down the hallway to your left. FREE parking.

Ice Cream with Santa at the Turkey Hill Experience

December 10th and 17th, 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

The stockings will be hung above the fireplace with care while Mr. and Mrs. Claus rock on the porch to welcome all.  The Turkey Hill Experience is beautifully decorated to celebrate the season, including several themed Christmas trees. Kids ages 2-12, will create a holiday card that will be mailed to someone special, sit and listen while Santa reads Christmas stories, make a Christmas craft, enjoy a special Christmas ice cream treat and one of  Mrs. Claus’ freshly baked cookies!  Turkey Hill drinks will be provided during the event. Cost: Under 2: FREE, Ages 2-12: $14.95, Ages 13+ : $9.95.  Reservations are required for this event.

December 17, 9:00am – 11:00am (Breakfast served between 9:15 and 10:15am, fun activities to follow!)

The Nook wants to “Welcome You to Whoville” at our Breakfast with Santa on December 17! Our breakfast feast will fill you with Christmas cheer and be sure to put you in the holiday spirit. You won’t want to miss out on this fun event, so register you and your family today!

December 17, 12pm-5pm

Santa Claus will be visiting Roadside America as he does every year! Bring your kids, enjoy the world’s greatest indoor miniature village, and get pictures with Santa!

Holiday Toddler Time with Santa at SkyZone

Friday, December 16 at 9 AM – 12 PM

We look forward to welcoming you into our festive Holiday Candyland where we will have storytime, FREE crafts, FREE snacks and a FREE photo opportunity with SANTA!

Purchase your ticket today, limited spots available. Toddler Time Jump is priced at $8 for all 3 hours and includes Skysocks. A parent with a valid waiver on file may accompany a toddler. Skysocks are required for parents and cost $2.00/pair.
