Entertainment in Lancaster County is not hard to come by, whether you’re wanting to enjoy theater, games, mini golf, or a way to get your energy out, you’ll find dozens of opportunities—but also tons of savings too!
Here are my Lancaster County Entertainment Savings secrets, listed alphabetically:
Boulders Mini Golf (Mountville) Enjoy the roar of cascading waterfalls and the local scenery as you putt, boast and strut your way through the beautifully landscaped adventure course that features 19 holes. During their open season deals are available for$16 for four to golf!
That Bounce Place, 407 Granite Run Dr, Lancaster, PA 17601. Indoor inflatables and many other options, especially great for younger children (early elementary age and younger). Children who participate in the summer library reading program receive a FREE pass, or BOGO coupon depending on their age.
Chuck E. Cheese’s. 2020 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. (Check their website before you go to print money saving coupons.)
Clearview Lanes. Mt. Joy. Glow Bowling, where you bowl with the lights down, and lots more fun happens here. Grab a deal to get $20 worth of bowling for just $10!
Dutch Lanes Bowling. Local Flavor often offers a deal to get $30 worth of bowling for just $15!
Dutch Lanes Mini-Golf. Located at Dutch Lanes Ephrata. Prices are very affordable, but on Fridays, all golfers can golf for just $2 per person! Open from June 1 to August 31.
Fulton Theater. Adults can volunteer and be trained to help seat attendees. They are then allowed to watch the show for free! A fun serving opportunity for couples to enjoy together.
Fusion Gymnastics, 10 Citation Lane, Lititz, PA 17543. Friday Preschool Open Gym for $5/child (18mo-5 years old). From 9:30am-10:30am, or 10:30am-11:00am. You can check their website for discounts (they also often offer discounts if items are donated to a specific cause), Avid Deals offers special birthday packages or Local Flavor frequently offers special packages and coupons as well.
Go N Bananas, 1170 Garfield Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601. (Find 50% off deals on LocalFlavor, but be quick because they sell out quickly when they are offered!)
Lancaster Science Factory. 454 New Holland Ave, Lancaster, PA 17602. (First Friday of every month there is FREE admission from 5-8pm.)
Laserdome. 2050 Auction Rd, Manheim, PA 17545. (They frequently offer 50% off deals on LocalFlavor and Avid Deals.)
Leisure Lanes. Enjoy 52 lanes open 24 hours a day, and they also offer bumper bowling for the little ones! You can get $20 worth of bowling for just $10!
Lost Treasure Golf (Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster) I don’t find many deals available for this unique mini golfing spot, but you can get$1 off admission before 6 PM.
Rocky Springs. 1495 Millport Road, Lancaster, PA. The whole family can have a blast at this newly remodeled facility. You’ll often find discounts on LocalFlavor, like $10 for $20 worth of Laser Tag and Avid Deals offers a $10 for $20 worth of anything including luxury lanes, laser tag and food.
Safari Miniature Golf. (located at Leisure Lanes, Columbia Ave, Lancaster) Tee-off alongside a tiger! Putt right through a gorilla! Make par beneath a wild stallion! It’s great family fun! Children 12 and under are $3 and adults are just $4! Special Deals available on weekdays before 5pm!
Sight & Sound. All local Lancaster County residents and those who work in Lancaster County are eligible for discounted tickets if you call the box office (800-377-1277) the same day as the show to see if any tickets are available. Call between 8:30am and 5pm.
Shows are at 11am, 3pm and 7pm, depending on the day. The afternoon shows and Thursday evenings tend to have the most openings for discount tickets. They’ll tell you the price when you call, but in the past it has been $30 for adults, and $15 for kids.
Shack Mini Golf (South Oak Street, Manheim) For those that like a challenge, this is a course you don’t want to miss. During their open season you’ll often find a deal for buy 2 rounds of mini-golf, get 2 for free!
SkyZone. 1701 Hempstead Rd #102, Lancaster, PA 17601. (Watch for deals on LocalFlavor and Groupon).
Tiny Town. Read our family’s completely honest review of TinyTown. (Occasionally LocalFlavor deals are offered.)
Village Greens (Strasburg) Features two challenging courses that cover over 13 acres of beautiful countryside enhanced with gorgeous gardens and meandering streams. During their open season, deals are often available for$19.50 for a round of mini-golf for 4!
Waters Edge Mini Golf (Bird-in-Hand) Mini golf and a petting zoo. This is a great place for family fun and deals are almost always available for$17 for a round of min-golf for four people.
The Works in Wyomissing (although this is not in Lancaster, it is not a far drive from eastern Lancaster County) Includes an indoor arcade, play area, Ballocity and more! (They frequently offer 50% off deals on LocalFlavor and Avid Deals)
Xtreme Air Trampoline Park, Wyomissing. Always check Avid Deals and Local Flavor before you visit because you can usually find a coupon to get half-off your admission ticket.
